I am SO EXCITED to share with you our latest sewing pattern that is now in the pattern shop! A few weeks ago on our Facebook sewing group CLICK HERE TO JOIN I wanted people to share which patterns they would like to see next and then everyone voted on the top 4. I love interacting with group members and getting their input! This Hooded Raglan sewing pattern was the number 1 most requested pattern so I got to work! I love all the features in it and I think you will, too! It has cuffed sleeves, cuffed hem, raglan sleeves, an optional kangaroo pocket and a hood! The sleeves come in three lengths: short, three-quarter length and long sleeves and also come in petite, regular and tall lengths for the sleeves and hem. I also included petite and regular bodice widths which helps reduce the width 1 inch for the front and 1 inch for the back for those petite women!

First up is Beth Chastant that made 3 - yes you read that right! 3 raglans! She used athletic knitwear to make the purple one below - super cute to wear when working out!
She even pulls off stripes and florals beautifully!
Stripes and solids - always a good choice!

Teri Lane chose an awesome sewing machine fabric from Spoonflower!

Evelyn went with black and white classic stripes

Faith mixed it up with a solid and a print that packs a punch!

Laura made hers with a reversible knit and a gold mesh fabric that was layered on another fabric! That means she cut out and assembled two raglans and then inserted them into the other before attaching the hood and cuffs. She even triple zig-zag stitched the seams for a professional look!

I made this one for my friend Sunni and surprised her with it! I was drawn to the black and white print - it is eye catching but totally wearable!
